How to Report Discrepancies
We want a venue for individuals to report discrepancies and know that there is someone who takes the information, verifies it and publicly posts the information. This application can either be emailed directly to me (along with any documentation). Before this information is displayed it is verified through various sources in Washington DC. Nothing will be posted unless this information is absolutely, without a doubt verified.
